The hotel is set in a separate residents building just 30 meters from the main establishment, offering a comfortable stay with convenient amenities but slightly dark interiors due to the traditional decor. The experienced hospitality provided by the staff, particularly Dinesh the night receptionist, adds a welcoming touch. However, the location, while peaceful with scenic views, may require transportation to reach the main center of Cameron Highlands. The dining options, though decent, could be improved to enhance the overall experience.
The hotel offers comfortable and cozy rooms with a touch of darkness that adds to the overall ambiance. The welcome was enhanced by essential candles, but the carpet could use a good cleaning. The staff is very friendly and even went out of their way to take our pictures. The location is fantastic, providing a sanctuary not far from the city, with clean common areas. The dining experience offers a good selection, though some meals resemble basic local restaurants at hotel prices.

The service is outstanding, especially thanks to Dinesh, who goes above and beyond. The location boasts dramatic views, though it can get overcrowded by locals. The dining options are decent, with a highlight being the extensive breakfast selection.
